Elite Matchamking Dating Reviews and ComplaintsI came to Elite Matchmaking after a number of disappointing experiences with other matchmaking programs. To be honest, I had so many complaints about these other sites (few members living in my area, wide age differences between myself and the people that I was matched with, total incompatibility with the people to whom I was introduced) that I began to believe that I was too picky or, somehow, unmatchable.
When I spoke to an Elite Matchmaking dating staff member about joining, I was very upfront and told her that I'd left a number of other programs. She asked me to clarify my complaints and, after I described my earlier experiences, she immediately assured me that my expectations of a dating program were not unreasonable. So I promised myself that this would be The Last Time and signed up.
The Elite Matchmaking dating program works differently than any other program that I've ever encountered. The personal connection that I had with a matchmaker helped me build a profile that expresses exactly who I am and review what I'm looking for in a relationship. It was a real moment of clarity for me and helped me define my dating goals.
Once I started to go out on dates the Elite Matchmaking matchmaker stayed in close contact with me to hear the reviews and complaints about each date. She also spoke to my dates so her reviews of my experiences came after hearing the story from both sides. That was interesting. She was able to discuss any complaint that I shared in a knowledgeable way because she was hearing two sides of the story -- it changed my perspective about a number of things and helped me identify my goals and priorities while strengthening my relationship techniques.
One unique aspect of the Elite Matchmaking program is the Elite Matchmaking complaints page. Although I never used it, I was intrigued that a dating program would be so confident that they would invite their members to share feedback by creating a special webpage devoted to this type of feedback. One person who did submit a complaint to the Elite Matchmaking complaints page noted, afterwards, that within days her feedback was addressed and the incident resolved to her satisfaction.
